Park Policies

WE LOVE SHARING THIS BEAUTIFUL SLICE OF PARADISE WITH YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.

        ~BUT, WITH A FEW RULES

CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT

Check-in 4:00 pm or later. Check-out is no later than 11 am. Contact us for exceptions.

​

VEHICLES

Each site may accommodate up to 2 vehicles, parked within the graveled area boundary. At no time are vehicles allowed to be parked on the common road and block traffic or the green areas.

​

TRANQUILITY TIME

Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. All music must always be kept at reasonable levels and turned off at 10:00 pm. Be a good neighbor during your stay. Sound travels easily and we prefer a more natural ambiance.

​

FIRE PITS

Fire rings with grill tops can be provided as needed for each site. Campfires should be kept small and under control at all times for safety. Open fire is permitted in a fire ring and is required to be extinguished if left unattended.

Firewood is available in the wood storage shed behind the laundry room for $5 a bundle (use green honor box for payment).

 

SAFETY

  • Barrel fires, bonfires, fireworks, or other explosives are not permitted. The discharge of firearms is illegal and not allowed in the campground.

  • Children are considered the parent’s responsibility. For safety, please accompany your young children around the campground.

  • We suggest that you secure your valuables at all times. The management or owners will not be responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of property by any unforeseen acts beyond their control. Trespassing on sites or adjoining properties is prohibited.

  • Our property is monitored by video and audio surveillance 24/7. Management resides on the property and strictly monitors and enforces campground rules and regulations for everyone’s safety and enjoyment.

 

EMERGENCIES

Report any emergencies, issues, or complaints to ‪(865) 867-2900, extension 1. In an emergency, contact the Sevier County Sheriff’s Office  at (865) 453-4668 or call 911.

GARBAGE

All trash must be kept inside the RV or disposed of at the Birds Creek
Waste Station, located ½ a mile north of the campground, at 3350 Birds Creek Road. Hours: Monday thru Saturday, 8 am – 6 pm. Under no circumstances is trash to be left outside an RV, unless contained in a vehicle. Smokers: Cigarette butts are regarded as trash. Please do not discard them on the ground or fire rings.

SMOKING

Smoking is allowed in the great outdoors, but not within 25 feet of any building at the campground. Smoking & Vaping are not allowed in the laundry room. If you are smoking at your site, we kindly ask that you be considerate of your neighbors and strive to prevent your smoke from reaching their site. To avoid possible fires, please extinguish smokables in a proper container and not on the ground. Marijuana is NOT legal in the state of Tennessee and, therefore, strictly prohibited at the campground.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Moderate drinking is allowed in your own site. Alcoholic beverages are to be consumed only by adults of U.S. legal drinking age. Public Intoxication will not be tolerated as we are a family campground. Drunkenness, use of illegal drugs, and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. If you are in violation of this policy and rules you will be evicted from the campground. Anyone using illegal substances will be asked to leave the campground immediately and the local Sheriff will be informed.

GUESTS

You may entertain guests at your site, but they may not stay more than 3 nights without prior written approval from management.

​

SPEED LIMIT

The speed Limit is 5mph. Please watch for children, pets, and wildlife.

 

BIRDS CREEK

Swimming in the creek is prohibited. You assume full responsibility and liability if you violate this rule.

FACILITIES 

  • Restrooms: We do not have public restrooms or bathroom facilities.

  • Political flags and/or signs, other than the US flag, are not to be displayed or seen from the outside.

  • Trees are a natural beauty. Please do not harm the trees, or tie pets to trees and vegetation.

  • Grills are not provided, except for the grill grates in the fire rings, but you are welcome to bring a propane or charcoal grill. Please do not grill on picnic tables for safety reasons.
